Details, Details...
Can you find the one tiny difference between these two pictures? Look hard. Get out your eagle eyes. If you noticed that picture 1 has no hose from the washer hooked to the commode and picture 2 does, you're right! AND, if you guessed that if you forget to put the hose into the commode you flood your bathroom, hallway, and create a small lake in your roomate's bedroom, you're even more right! Yes, it's true. No worries though, everything's cleaned up now, Amber's carpet is drying, and the downstairs neighbor didn't have any damage and was kind enough to alert us to the flood by ringing our door bell, pointing, and saying something in Polish that probably translates to "why don't these flakey Americans just go home!"

Go now and sin no more. I guess you'll be sure to double and triple check from now on! But I still love you.
in reference to your "why don't these flaky americans just go home" comment....ask your language teacher to instruct you how to say "JESUS won't let us leave".....we are dealing with some flooding here too, except ours will take more than a mop to dry up. love ya, even if you are a flake (maybe that's why, cause we have it in common!)
Please tell me that's not your only bathroom! And is there a shower in there somewhere????
Yes, that is our only bathroom (and, incidentally, the big hole in the wall is from a missing tile that I broke the day of the flood---I have totally become a complete clutz here!), BUT the rest of the bathroom (WITH a shower!) is much bigger. It also has great lighting that shows every particle on your face. All I'm saying is: Polish hair remover is really, really strong.
I'm so glad to hear that your bathroom is larger than it looks. It's definitely an interesting set up.
By the way...Jacob's kids group at church sent a package your way. Did you get it??
I just read this blog and had the same question Lori had. I hoped that was NOT your bathroom, but knowing it is actually bigger and quite nice is a relief. Did you try putting a big sign on the washer to remind you?? Aunt Jenni
