We've resorted to tying it down with a rope and nailing the rope to the floor. This poor tree has no dignity.

I love their expressions!!!! Poor tree....
See what happens when you don't let the needles fall off in the garage first?! Maybe Sudsy should shave before he puts the tree back up...
Traditions are seriously overrated...that's why the Elliotts have a prelit artificial tree from Hobby Lobby with a faux wood trunk that goes together in three pieces. I highly recommend it. AND...you don't have to leave it in the garage for the needles to fall!
Maybe if the guys would put on some decent clothes the tree would have a reason to stand up!
Brenda - Sudsy doesn't care (obviously), but Kyle said he was hurt by your comment. And, we must respectfully disagree with your comment about traditions. Ain't gonna happen.

Too funny Lori...I was totally going to type a comment about Sudsy shaving! :) Poor tree! Perhaps some candy cane ice cream pie would make you all feel better? Are you really nailing the tree to the floor??? I hope you get the tree situation fixed by Saturday...I don't want to put my children in danger of a falling tree.
So the perfect tree turned out to be not so perfect, huh? Keep up the hard work Nancy... I hope they appreciate that the tree was bought with your hard earned money! :)
